“I always come up with my best ideas in the shower.”
“Come up with” means “think of”. We often come up with ideas, answers or plans.
We can also come up with other things, such as money. “There was a great TV on sale, but I couldn’t come up with the money.” In this case it means “find”. It’s similar to the other usage, because thinking of something is just like finding it in your brain.
「一番いいアイデアはいつもシャワー浴びているときに浮かぶ。」
「Come up with」は「考え付く」や「思い浮かぶ」の意味です。アイデア、答え、計画などに使います。
他にお金など「come up with」とされるものもあります。「すごいテレビがセールになっていたけどお金がなかった。」この場合は「みつける」と似た意味です。前方の使い方とはそんなに違いません。何かを思いつくことは頭の中でそれを見つけることですから。

On this day in 1923 Austrian psychologist Sigmund Freud published his paper on the ego and id. Although Freud’s theories are no longer widely accepted, they became very popular and influential. The “ego” in Freud’s theory is the conscious self, while the “id” represents unconscious thoughts and desires. There is also a “super-ego”, which consists of a person’s ideal image of himself.
1923年の今日、オーストリア人精神分析学者シークムント・フロイトが自我とエスについての論文を発表しました。今ではあまり真実として思われていませんが、当時はとても人気で大きいな影響がありました。フロイトの理論は「自我」は考える自分で、「エス」は無意識な考えと欲望です。他に「超自我」があって、これは理想的な自分です。

“Wow, you can program computers, too? I thought you were an art major.”
“I’m something of a jack of all trades.”
A jack of all trades is a person who can do many different kinds of things. However, he is not an expert at any one thing. The longer version of the phrase is: jack of all trades, master of none.
「えぇ、コンピューターのプログラミングもできるの？確か美術専攻じゃなかった？」
「僕は何でも屋だよ」
「Jack of all trades」は、何でもできる器用な人という意味です。ですが、専門家ではないので、全てにおいて特別に上手な訳ではありません。長いバージョンでは「Jack of all trades, master of none 多芸は無芸」と言います。

“What a cute little bunny!”
“Bunny” is a cute word for “rabbit”. Cute words often end in Y. For example, we add Y to “dog” to make the cute word “doggy”. “Cat” becomes “kitty”, which is a little more different than the original word. “Bunny” doesn’t sound anything like “rabbit”, though!
「なんてかわいいウサちゃん！」
「Bunny」はウサギのかわいい呼び名です。かわいい単語はよく「Y」で終わります。例えば、「犬dog」に「Y」をつけて「doggy（わんちゃん）」。「猫Cat」の場合は、元の単語と少し変わりますが「kitty（にゃんこ）」になります。「Bunny」は「rabbit」にあんまり似ていませんね！

This forest is full of bluebells. These flowers hang down from their stems and have a bell-like shape.
この森にはブルーベル（ツリガネスイセン）がたくさん咲いています。この花の部分は茎からぶらさがっていて、釣り鐘みたいな形をしています。

“I can’t come to the party today. I’ve come down with a bad cold.”
“Come down with” means to get a disease. You might come down with a cold, the flu, measles or another disease. If you don’t know what sickness you have, you can just say, “I’ve come down with something.”
「今日はパーティに行けません。ひどい風邪にかかりました。」
「Come down with」は病気にかかるという意味で使います。風邪、インフルエンザ、はしか、などの病気にかかることがあります。何の病気かわからないばあいは、「何かにかかった」とだけ言えばいいです。

「嵐が救出作戦を邪魔したが、12時間後にはヘリ事故を生き残った人々は安全に山を下りていました。」
嵐が救出作戦を助けるとは思えませんのでAが間違っています。「Enhance」は「高める、より良くする」という意味ですので、「邪魔する」を別の単語で表現しないといけません。「Hamper」「hinder」「delay（遅らせる）」などに変えましょう。

Because the rabbit is a popular symbol of Easter, many people get a new pet rabbit to celebrate. However, a lot of them are not prepared to take care for a rabbit. Rabbits can live more than ten years and need a lot of care, just like a dog. Soon after Easter, many rabbits are abandoned. There are always plenty of rabbits that need an adoptive home. Many animal rescue groups specialize in finding good homes for needy rabbits.
ウサギはイースターのシンボルとして人気があるので、イースターを祝う為にこの時期にウサギを飼いだす人がたくさんいます。ですが、その多くはウサギの世話をする覚悟がありません。ウサギは10年以上生きますし、犬と同じくらい世話が大変です。イースターの後にたくさんのウサギが捨てられてしまうので、常に里親を募集しています。ウサギ専門の動物愛護団体もたくさんあります。
