“Are you busy?”
“Not at the moment.”
“What are you doing?”
“At the moment, I’m washing the dishes.”
“At the moment” means “right now”. I’m not busy at the moment: I can talk right now but I might be busy with something else soon. I’m washing dishes at the moment: I’m washing dishes, but I will finish soon and do something else.
「今忙しい？」
「今は特に忙しくない」
「何をしているの？」
「ちょうど今皿洗いをしている」
「At the moment」は「ただいま」「この瞬間」の意味です。今この瞬間は忙しくないから話すことはできるけど、もうすぐ何かで忙しくなるかもしれない。今この瞬間は皿洗いをしているが、すぐ終わるのでその後は別のことをするでしょう。
